1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 67bdt ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the 67bdt website at https://67bdt.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

By accessing the 67bdt platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you additionally warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited.

The Platform does not provide legal advice, and nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that accessing the Platform is lawful in any specific territory.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on the 67bdt platform. Duplicate accounts — identified by name, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other technical or personal identifier — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, 67bdt will close all but one account at its sole discretion and may forfeit bonus balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

67bdt will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 67bdt that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for verified accounts in good standing. 67bdt may request additional KYC documentation before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value transactions, or where the Platform's fraud monitoring systems flag a transaction for review. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. 67bdt reserves the right to freeze an account, withhold a withdrawal, or file a report with the relevant authorities where it reasonably suspects that funds originate from or are intended for unlawful activity. Players must not use the 67bdt platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 67bdt are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are communicated at the point at which each promotion is offered and should be read carefully before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 67bdt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game type selected. These rules are accessible within the Platform and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule prevails for that particular game or market.

67bdt uses independently certified random number generators for all casino games. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game's provider and are independently audited. 67bdt makes no guarantee that any particular player will achieve the stated RTP over any given session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, 67bdt reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning game session will not be paid.

67bdt reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum winnings, or available markets for any individual player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 67bdt platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using an account if you are under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.

• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 67bdt and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages howsoever caused.
• Any loss arising from a third-party game malfunction, network failure, or payment processing error outside of 67bdt's direct control.
• Any decision you make in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game rules.
• Any unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were available to you but not utilised.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 67bdt makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is operational around the clock, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses incurred during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

12. Privacy and Data

67bdt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

The personal data you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform — including identity documents submitted for KYC purposes — will be used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. 67bdt will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing use.

13. Amendments to These Terms

67bdt reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice within the Platform upon their next login.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting the 67bdt support team. 67bdt will process your account closure request within three business days and, provided your account is in good standing with no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending fraud investigations, will return any positive balance to you via your last-used payment method.

67bdt may terminate this Agreement and close your account immediately, without prior notice and without liability, where: you have materially breached these Terms; 67bdt is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; 67bdt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering involving your account; or continuing the relationship would expose 67bdt to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, 67bdt reserves the right to withhold any balance, including real-money deposits, where those funds are reasonably suspected to be connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity, pending the outcome of an investigation.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which 67bdt is incorporated. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 67bdt support.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause prevents 67bdt from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent imminent harm.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
